Hello.

I help people work together.

I’m James Pearson, an independent facilitator who helps people work together when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t obvious.

With a Master’s in Cultural Anthropology and 13 years in IT designing and delivering digital systems, I found the work that matters most to me sits in the middle — where different perspectives meet, clash, and eventually align to solve hard problems. That’s where I love to work.

Through Ok.How?, I design and facilitate workshops that help teams make sense of complex problems, find common ground, and turn ideas into viable plans. It’s practical, creative work, that connects thinking to doing. The result isn’t just a better conversation — it’s clarity, alignment, and momentum that carries forward into the work that follows, and the real world outcomes.
